About Unlimited IT

Unlimited IT is an Australian managed IT services provider. We have been operating since 2001 and built our client base through results and long-term relationships. Most of our growth has come through referrals. That matters to us and shapes how we approach every new client relationship.

We are a single-source IT partner for businesses across Australia and the Oceania region. We support clients in Australia, New Zealand and Papua New Guinea. Our team is based entirely in Australia. When you contact us, you speak with someone local who already knows your environment. No offshore helpdesks, no call centres.

We handle everything from day-to-day IT support to infrastructure, security, cloud migrations, and technology planning. One team, one point of contact, full accountability.

How we work

We have built our service delivery around the idea that IT should be invisible when it is working, and immediately addressed when it is not. Most of what we do, clients never see proactive monitoring, automated patching, background maintenance, and security monitoring that keeps things running before problems surface.

When something does need attention, we show up. Not a ticket that sits in a queue. Not a callback from someone who has never heard of your business. A response from someone who knows your environment and treats the issue with the same urgency you do.

We are ISO 27001 certified, independently audited annually by Compass Assurance Services. That certification covers our internal security management practices and gives clients confidence that the business managing their IT operates to a documented, verified standard.
